I just wanted to tell someone that I could not have been more pleased working with Zach. My son purchased a felt through your website and found out that it might be the wrong size...I called from Boise, Idaho and spoke with Zack several times and thankfully, because of his expertise and help, I got a second opinion! The felt turned out to be the right size after all but had he not suggested that I get a second opinion I would have had a mess on my hands...not only because the first person said it was too small and probably did not know enough about recovering a old slate table but we had gone past the 30 day return period.
